  1. Evening Supervisor

    Job Type: Part-Time

    Hourly Pay: £9.00 plus discretionary bonus.
    Work Hours: 17:30 – 22:30 Monday to Friday
    Please note this is an evening role only . You must be available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

    Key Responsibilities:

    – Managing evening shifts and closing restaurant
    – Ensuring our customers receive only the highest levels of customer service at all times
    – Obtaining a good knowledge of the food and upstairs kitchen area to assist with maintaining high-levels of food quality and hygiene
    – Managing the performance of the team through on-going evaluations, listening, training and mentoring
    – Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained

    Our requirements:

    – Great experience in a similar role within the industry
    – Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels, coach and develop your team effectively.
    – Confident, friendly, quick-witted and hard-working attitude
    – Experience in a busy, fast paced environment
    – Outstanding problem solving and organisational skill
    – Good working knowledge of general computer systems
    – Strong understanding of Food, Health & Safety

  2. Evening Kitchen Team Member

    Job Type: Part-Time

    Hourly Pay: £7.80 plus discretionary bonus.
    Work Hours:17:30 – 22:30 Monday to Friday
    Please note this is an evening role only . You must be available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

    Key Responsibilities:

    – Preparing food behind the counter
    – Plating food beautifully
    – Ensuring high levels of food quality
    – Cleaning working station
    – Closing shop.

    Our requirements:

    – Be confident, friendly, able to learn fast and hard-working
    – Be able to work fast but safely, thoroughly and cleanly
    – Have a positive attitude to work under pressure
    – Always be friendly to customers and other team members
    – Understand the importance of maintaining high standards of service and hygiene
    – Have a smart and clean appearance.

  3. Kitchen Porter

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Hourly Pay: £7.50 (age 25 or over) plus discretionary bonus.
    Work Hours: 40 – 45 hours a week
    You must be available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

    Kitchen staff requirement :
    You would work alongside cooks to keep the kitchen clean, tidy, safe and hygienic.

    Key Responsibilities:

    – Unloading deliveries of food and other equipment to the kitchen
    – Organising the storeroom
    – Washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls
    – Cleaning staff and customer toilets and any other areas as required
    – Cleaning and organising kitchen for closing.

    – Be able to work fast but safely, thoroughly and cleanly
    – Have a positive attitude to work under pressure
    – Always be friendly to customers and other team members
    – Understand the importance of maintaining high standards of service and hygiene
    – Have a smart and clean appearance.

    You could also get involved in preparing food before or during the opening hours.
    Previous restaurant experience is a MUST. Candidates with experience in established quick service restaurants preferred.
