  1. Prep Chef

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Hourly Pay: £10-£11 plus discretionary bonus.
    Work Hours: 40 – 45 hours a week
    You must be available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

    We require staff at both branches London Bridge + Canary Wharf. Any applicant is expected to be flexible to work at either branch.

    Prep Requirement:

    – Prep food (veg, noodles, sauces etc…). Training will be provided
    – Preparing food, general kitchen duties, including cleaning and taking deliveries.
    – Unloading deliveries of food and other equipment to the kitchen
    – Washing kitchen appliances
    – Cleaning and organising kitchen

    Our Requirements:

    – Be confident, friendly, able to learn fast and hard-working
    – Be able to work fast but safely, thoroughly and cleanly
    – Have a positive attitude to work under pressure
    – Work in a team and work independent
    – Understand the importance of maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.

    Previous restaurant experience is a MUST. Candidates with experience in established quick service restaurants preferred. Hygiene Level 2 Certification preferred but not essential.

  2. Team Member

    Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

    Hourly Pay: £9-9.50 plus discretionary bonus.
    Work Hours: 20-45 hours per week (Monday to Friday, occasional weekends)

    We require staff at both branches London Bridge + Canary Wharf. Any applicant is expected to be flexible to work at either branch.

    Team Member Role:

    – Serving customers at the counter and on the floor
    – Preparing food behind the counter
    – Ensuring high levels of food quality
    – Topping up drink and packaging
    – Checking stock and unpacking packaging
    – Opening/Closing shop

    Our Requirements:

    – Be confident, friendly, able to learn fast and hard-working
    – Be able to work fast but safely, thoroughly and cleanly
    – Have a positive attitude to work under pressure
    – Work in a team and work independent
    – Understand the importance of maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.
